📦 SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states through Shopify Shipping using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Standard and expedited options are available.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)
How will my order be packaged?
Each jar and bottle is carefully wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during transit. We pack your order like it’s going into battle—safe, secure, and mission-ready.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at BiggRiggsFarm@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll take care of it quickly.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
What if my product is damaged, moldy, or spoiled?
We stand by the quality of every batch. If your product arrives damaged or shows signs of spoilage (like mold or seal failure), please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used jars
- Items not in original condition
- Returns requested after 30 days (unless defective)
How do I request a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.
🛍️ Local Pickup Option
If you'd like to pick up at the Old Town Alexandria Farmers' Market, (301 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314) orders must be placed by 9pm on Thursdays.
Pick up will be SATURDAY'S ONLY, at our vendor tent from 8am-12pm.
