📦 Shipping Policy

Welcome to Bigg Riggs Farm! Below you'll find all the details about how we process and ship your jams, jellies, mustards, and sauces across the United States.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available and selected at checkout)

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx through Shopify Shipping.

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

🛡️ Packaging & Breakage Protection

All jars and bottles are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us biggriggsfarm@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll take care of it right away—either with a replacement or a refund.

📮 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🛍️ Local Pickup - Old Town Alexandria Farmers' Market

Local Pickup at Old Town Alexandria Farmers' Markets - SATURDAY PICK UP ONLY

Orders must be placed by 9pm on Thursdays


Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll be able to pick up at the Old Town Alexandria Farmer's Market: 301 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314. Pick up will be on SATURDAY'S only between 8am and 12pm at our vendor tent.  We will confirm that pick up availability via email.
